Paris Saint-Germain has agreed to a deal to sign Barcelona forward Ferran Torres on a five-year contract, according to Fabrice Hawkins.
The Spain international is set to move to Paris for a fee of under €50 million, with PSG looking to strengthen their forward line despite their recent success in Europe and domestically.

PSG have continued to strengthen their squad after winning back-to-back Champions League and UEFA Super Cup titles, along with a number of domestic trophies. The French club has already brought in Maghnes Akliouche as they prepare for further changes to their attack.
Bradley Barcola is reportedly on his way out of the club, while Mika Godts has been lined up as his replacement. Goncalo Ramos has also left Paris this summer to join AC Milan, creating another vacancy in the forward line.
Torres has emerged as the player PSG have chosen to fill that gap, with the Spanish attacker now set to continue his career in France.

Torres scored 21 goals in 49 appearances for Barcelona last season while operating as a deputy to Robert Lewandowski. Although he missed a number of clear opportunities, his ability to consistently find promising shooting positions remained evident.
His performances earned him a place at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where he became a hero for Spain by scoring the winning goal in the final as La Roja claimed their second World Cup title.
The move to PSG would bring an end to Torres’ spell at Barcelona and give the forward an opportunity to take on a new challenge in France.
