πŸ“‹ Team Building & Squad Limits

πŸ’° Budget Cap: The total cost of your squad must not exceed 100 credits. There is no minimum budget β€” you may spend as little as you like, but you must respect the size and position limits. Each player has a static price announced before the tournament (no price changes).

πŸ‘₯ Squad Size: Minimum 11 players β€” Maximum 16 players.

πŸ”„ Unlimited transfers before each round: You may change your squad as much as you like, but only before a round begins. Once the round starts, your squad is locked for all matches in that round.

Positional Requirements (min / max)

🧀 Goalkeeper (GK)min 1 · max 2
πŸ›‘οΈ Defender (DEF)min 3 Β· max 7
βš™οΈ Midfielder (MID)min 3 Β· max 7
⚑ Forward (FWD)min 1 · max 4
🚫 Club / National team restriction: You may select a maximum of 4 players from the same national team (e.g. Scotland, England, etc.). Diversify your fantasy squad!

πŸ“Š League Points & Scoring Rules

Your players earn points based on real match actions that occur during 120 minutes + stoppage time (extra time and stoppages are fully included). All points below are awarded according to the player’s position.

🧀🧹 Clean sheet rule – only for players who played at least 1 minute: A player receives clean sheet points only if they were on the pitch for at least one minute (either as a starter or substitute) AND their team concedes no goals during the entire match (120’+stoppage). Players who never enter the pitch do NOT earn clean sheet points.

πŸ’‘ Important notes (two‑yellow rule):
  • Extra time counts fully – all actions up to 120′ are included.
  • Clean sheet requires at least 1 minute played. Unused substitutes earn 0.
  • Goals conceded penalty: For every 2 goals the team concedes, GK and DEF lose -1 point.
  • Minutes played: 1-60 min β†’ +1; 61+ min β†’ +2.
  • Two yellow cards: First yellow = -1, second yellow = -2. Total for two yellows = -3. Direct red (without prior yellow) = -3.

πŸ… Total Score, Captain Bonus & Automatic Substitutions

⭐ ONLY 11 PLAYERS SCORE POINTS FOR YOUR TEAM EACH ROUND. The system first analyses your starting XI. If any starter plays 0 minutes, the autosub rule will replace them with a bench player of the same position. After this process, exactly 11 players (the effective lineup) will contribute to your total score.

πŸ”„ AUTOSUB RULE (detailed):
– You set a starting XI and a bench order (the order of substitutes on your team page).
– For each starter who does not play a single minute during the round, the system looks for the first eligible substitute on your bench with the same position (GK, DEF, MID, FWD).
– That substitute’s points will count instead of the starter who didn’t play.
– If no substitute of that position is available, you receive 0 points for that spot.
– If all 11 starters play at least 1 minute, no substitute is used β€” bench players do not contribute points.

πŸ‘‘ CAPTAIN BONUS – double points: Before each round, select one player as captain. That player’s total points for the round are doubled (all events, minutes, clean sheet, etc.). The captain can be from your starting XI or the bench, but only the 11 effective players (after autosubs) can receive the captain bonus.

⏰ Round Deadlines & Squad Lock

  • πŸ”’ Round‑by‑round squad lock: You may edit your lineup, change captain, and make unlimited transfers only before the first match of the round begins. Once the round starts, your squad is frozen for all matches in that round β€” no changes are allowed for later matches in the same round.
  • πŸ† Overall winner: The fantasy manager with the highest accumulated score after the final of the Global Tournament wins the title.
  • πŸ“ˆ Total score calculation: After each match, your points are updated automatically. Total = sum of points from the 11 effective players (after autosubs) + double points from the captain (if the captain is among those 11).
⚠️ Abandoned matches: If a match is abandoned and not replayed, no points are awarded. If a result is later amended, the original on‑field statistics (goals, cards, assists) remain valid for fantasy.
