Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in Endrik’s transfer

Real Madrid are preparing for a hectic summer, with changes expected both in arrivals and departures. Among those who could be moved on are senior defenders David Alaba and Antonio Rudiger, while questions have also surfaced over the long-term future of Endrick Felipe.

Limited opportunities in Madrid

Endrick arrived at the Santiago Bernabeu in the summer of 2024 from Palmeiras but has found regular minutes hard to come by. Although he has featured 40 times in all competitions, most of those outings were brief appearances from the bench. During that span, the Brazilian teenager managed seven goals.

This campaign proved even more challenging. He played in only three matches before being sent to Lyon on loan during the winter transfer window in search of greater involvement.

Loan spell draws Premier league attention

The move to France has worked in Endrick’s favour. His performances for Lyon have caught the attention of Real Madrid, who are closely tracking his development. Interest is not limited to Spain, however, as reports indicate that Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are also monitoring the young striker.

Both North London sides are said to believe that a summer approach could be possible. Competition for the central striker role at Real Madrid remains intense, with Kylian Mbappe and Gonzalo Garcia ahead in the pecking order.

Real Madrid’s stance on the future

Despite outside interest, Real Madrid have reportedly decided that Endrick will return once his loan concludes. The club have no intention of sanctioning another temporary move or a permanent transfer at this stage.

With Xabi Alonso no longer in charge and Alvaro Arbeloa potentially continuing at the helm, there is an expectation that the Brazilian could receive increased opportunities next season. While Arsenal and Spurs may attempt to test Madrid’s resolve, a deal appears unlikely given both the club’s position and the player’s situation.
